When Your Back’s Against The Wall

Sometimes you find yourself between a rock and a hard place, and other times you have your back against the wall. Then, sometimes, it mixes into one and it’s pretty much the same thing. What do you do when you are in a tough spot and you feel like you don’t have a move to make?

When you find yourself with your back against the wall you generally only have three options; quit, keep yourself stuck, or push forward.

It helps when you consciously work on your resilience and building up a little bit of a thick skin, as long as you don’t go to the extreme and not let a single soul in.

It’s important to be realistic. Put your adult pants on and face the obstacles in your path head on. Identify the problem or problems and work to overcome it, sometimes the only thing to be done is to make a tough choice. By identifying problems and addressing issues it removes fear of the unknown.
