In 2009, Chris Day, after a 2 year contract of running Campus Media, returned to Moving Tactics to get the company moving at a more rapid rate. The year was a bumper year with great momentum gained with Edgars and to add to the company’s success they hit another great landmark installing the Ultra Liquor in-store digital TV Network.

Ultra Liquors was established in 1985 and has since come an incredibly long way as today they supply over 1,800 businesses with their daily, weekly and monthly liquor needs. Ultra Liquors were awarded the PMR Africa Golden Arrow award in the national retailers’ category and was voted the best liquor store in South Africa by the readers of  The Star newspaper. AC Nielsen rated Ultra Liquors as one of the top three retail liquor chains by volume in South Africa enabling them to offer consumers the most competitive prices in the industry.

Ultra Liquors was awarded a certificate for being one of the top 300 local companies contributing to the growth of the South African economy and positively contributing to job creation for the past six years.
