The SpaceBiz back of house system is web-based software that allows you to connect to the restaurant network from anywhere in the world to see real-time transactions and management information. The back of house system comprises of a number of modules, enabling optimal usage and ultimate productivity.
Cash Control Module – This includes petty cash control, daily cash-up procedures, staff loans /wage control, expenses as well as a creditors and debtors module.
Menu Control Module – This includes comprehensive recipe design, ingredients and yield management, menu PLU design, pricing and costing design, preparation methods as well as the printing of recipe manuals for all relevant kitchen staff. The costs of all recipe ingredients are automatically updated through the cost system module. Thus allowing the user to query and automatically update your menu cost per item or per category with each invoice processed.
Cost Centre Module – This allows for multiple cost centres, stock types, organize it in categories and bins as well as a very advanced purchasing and food cost analysis. The SpaceBiz system further allows for real-time head office analysis of certain criteria.
Clock System Module – This is an advanced real-time clock-in and clock-out system to aid in the management of staff working hours, absent days, sick days and time off.
